With the specific mission to boost revenue and profit generation, the service will – as the name suggests – focus its efforts much more precisely on utilising Service Lead Management to foster customer loyalty.
The roll-out of Service Reminders and Service Tasks to an increasing number of C@P markets is one big concern. We are furthermore developing new Service Lead usecases and concepts to improve both system usability and performance tracking. This will ensure a global standard of offering customers a pleasant and seamless experience to increase their satisfaction and loyalty – as well as Porsche Centre revenues.
