In 2022, as part of our efforts to make Porsche feel more consistent across all divisions and areas of communication, we updated our Aftersales Communications Strategy to align with the brand purpose “Driven by Dreams”. Our new messaging puts the customer even more at the centre of everything we do and focuses on the emotional benefits of our products and services. For your convenience, we have created a brochure detailing the strategy, its application across various channels and the impact it already has on the campaigns and measures we develop and implement.
In addition, we also want to continue to harmonise communication with our Aftersales teams. Therefore, the ServiceComInfos have been and will be further streamlined to meet your needs even faster and more precisely. The modular structure has proven its worth with its clarity and user-friendliness and is being translated to all other marketing materials, including videos and photos.
